Standard Export Packaging:
• Inner layer: PE film wrapping to prevent moisture and contamination
• Outer layer: 5-layer corrugated export carton (K=K quality)

• Each carton clearly labeled with product name, size, thickness, quantity, and batch number

Container Loading Guide:

Installation Instructions

1. Vacuum Sealing Method (PA/PE Nylon Bags & Embossed Bags):
   • Place product inside the bag, leaving at least 5cm from the opening
   • Put the bag opening into the vacuum sealer chamber
   • Press the vacuum button - machine will extract air automatically
   • After air removal, the machine heat-seals the bag automatically
   • PA/PE and embossed bags work with ALL brands of vacuum sealers (no specific model required)
   • For best results, smooth out any wrinkles before sealing

2. Vacuum Sealing Method (7-Layer Co-Extruded, Foil, Metalized Bags):
   • Same process as above, BUT requires commercial/industrial vacuum machines
   • These bags are NOT compatible with household vacuum sealers
   • Commercial machines provide stronger vacuum and seal for thicker materials

3. Direct Heat Sealing (All Bag Types):
   • No vacuum needed - simply heat-seal the opening
   • Use a heat sealer (impulse sealer or continuous band sealer)
   • Recommended temperature: 160-200°C depending on material thickness
   • Seal width: 8-10mm for optimal seal strength
   • Sealing time: 1-3 seconds depending on thickness (thicker bags need longer)

4. Ziplock Self-Sealing (Stand-Up, Flat Bottom, 8-Side Seal Bags):
   • Simply press the ziplock closure from one end to the other
   • Ensure both tracks are fully interlocked
   • For vacuum + ziplock bags: vacuum seal first, then use ziplock for re-opening

5. Roll Bag Cutting Instructions:
   • Measure desired length based on product size
   • Cut along the embossed cutting guide line using scissors or knife
   • Seal one end first, then fill product, then vacuum seal the other end

6. Tear Notch Opening:
   • For bags with double easy-tear notch: grip both sides of the notch and pull apart
   • No scissors or tools needed - designed for consumer convenience

7. Storage Recommendations:
   • Store bags in original packaging in a cool, dry place
   • Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity environments
   • Recommended storage temperature: 5-35°C
   • Shelf life of unused bags: 24 months from production date
   • Keep away from sharp objects to prevent pre-use damage

8. Pre-Use Inspection:
   • Check bag integrity before filling - no tears, holes, or seal damage
   • Verify bag size and thickness are appropriate for product weight
   • For food applications: confirm food-grade certification and expiration dates
   • Test seal quality with a small batch before full production run
